1.0 Terms of use
We hope you enjoy using the Limestone website and learning about our charity.
The use of the website is provided by Limestone subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

Read these terms before using our services. Whenever you use our services you agree to these terms.
If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.

2.1 Your use of our website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions as at the date of your first use of the site.
2.2 Limestone reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.
2.3 You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights, or restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by any third party.
2.4 This site and the information, names, images, pictures, logos regarding or relating to Limestone are provided "as is" without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied. In no event will Limestone be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from the use or in connection with such use or loss of use of the site, whether in contract or in negligence.
2.5 Limestone does not warrant that the functions contained in the material contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the materials.
2.6 Copyright restrictions: Commercial use or publication of all or any item displayed is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation from Limestone. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any licence by Limestone to use any item displayed.
2.7 Limestone takes no responsibility for the content of external Internet sites. Other websites that we link to are owned and operated by third parties and Limestone has no control over them. If we include links to other websites does not mean that Limestone approves of or endorses any other third party website or the content of that website. We accept no liability for any statements, information, products or services that are published on or are accessible through any websites owned or operated by third parties.
2.8 Do not pretend to be the Limestone charity, that includes:

Recreating our website or copying the look.

Using our brands, trademarks or logos without our permission.

Using or mentioning our content in press releases and other marketing bumph.

Making money from our content or services. You cannot charge people to watch our website, for example. sharing our content.
3.0 Using Limestone website content
3.1 Limestone prohibits the reuse of content from its website including:
Clips, photos / images, text, audio, video, content, our logo and branding, metadata / open-source code, images or screenshots, content available through RSS feeds and anything else that is protected by copyright.
3.2 Using Limestone metadata and RSS feeds.
For people:
You are not allowed to pluck metadata from our content or RSS feeds where available.
You can add the Limestone RSS feed to your website or social media account. Provided:

You do not change the RSS feed or remove any of our branding or logos.

You credit us by saying it is from us.

You do not add our branding, logos and so on, except for any branding that is already embedded in the RSS feed.
For business use:
You will need to get our permission, and there may be a fee to pay.
3.3 Linking to the Limestone charity website.
Limestone permits the use to link to our website URL so long as you do not use the Limestone logo. Please also note that over time our website output changes so what you link to may have changed or may not be available after a certain period of time.
3.4 Limestone prohibits the reuse of content from its website for other business.
4.0 Shareable content
Content that is shareable will have one or more of these buttons next to it:

Social media buttons for posting to Facebook, Twitter and so on.
Apart from what we are responsible for when there is an unfortunate mistake, we are not liable for anything that happens to you if you use a shareable. You will need to get our permission first for any business use, and you might have to pay a fee. When you share to a social media platform their terms will apply. Do read their terms.
4.1 Shareables - What you can do.
4.1.1 Use sharing buttons.
To share a link to our content on your website or social media.
But do not change how the player works, and do not take content out of it.
Do not embed any content that does not have an embed button.
4.1.2 Posting comments and views about our shareables.
It is acceptable just as long as long as they are reasonable and appropriate.
4.2 Shareables - What you cannot do.
Do not use them to harm or offend. And do not put shareables with harmful or offensive content. Comments that may harm or offend such as:

Insulting, misleading, discriminating or defaming (damaging people’s reputations).

Promoting pornography, tobacco or weapons.

Putting children at risk.

Anything illegal. Like using hate speech, inciting terrorism or breaking privacy law.

Anything that would harm the Limestone charity reputation.
4.3 Do not make it look like they cost money.
You cannot charge others for using our shareables. If you put them on a site that charges for content, you have to say they are free-to-view.
4.4 Do not make them more prominent than non-Limestone content.
Otherwise it might look like we are endorsing you. Which we cannot to do. Also, use shareables alongside other stuff.
You cannot make a service of your own that contains only our shareables.
4.5 Do not exaggerate your relationship with the Limestone Charity.
You cannot say we endorse, promote, supply or approve of you.
Do not use shareables for political purposes.
You cannot say you have exclusive access to our content.
4.6 Do not associate them with advertising or sponsorship.
That means you cannot:

Put any other content between the link to the shareable and the shareable itself. So no ads or short videos people have to sit through.

Put ads next to or over them.

Put ads related to their subject alongside shareables.

Add extra content that means you would earn money from them.
4.7 Do not be misleading about where they came from.
You cannot remove or alter the copyright notice, or imply that someone else made them.
If possible, add a hyperlink to the shareable’s original location. Make sure it works, and do not put anything between the credit and the link.
5.0 Metadata and RSS feeds
5.1 For people:

You are not allowed to pluck metadata from our content or RSS feeds.

You can add the Limestone RSS feed to your website or social media account. Provided: You do not change the RSS feed or remove any of our branding or logos.

You credit us by saying it is from the Limestone Charity putting the text and hyperlink in a prominent place nearby.

You do not add our branding, logos and so on, except for any branding that is already embedded in the RSS feed.
5.2 For business:
For business use of our RSS feeds you will need to get our permission, and there may be a fee to pay.
6.0 External links
We sometimes may link to non-Limestone websites and put our services on them – when you connect with us on social media, for example.
Be aware that:

We are not responsible for their content or liable for anything that happens to you if you use them.
If you or anyone else shares something containing a link, we are not responsible for anything on the site it links to.
